Refund & Cancellation

At SGEmplus Global LLP, we maintain a highly structured engineering and resource allocation process. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our development teams, we have established a strict yet transparent Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. The 24-Hour Grace Period

We understand that business decisions can sometimes be made in haste. If you wish to cancel your project or SaaS setup, you must submit a written cancellation request via email to support@sgemplusglobal.com within 24 hours of your initial payment.

Upon receiving a valid request within this 24-hour window, we will issue a full refund (minus any non-refundable payment gateway transaction charges).

2. Change of Mind / Buyer's Remorse

After the 24-hour grace period has expired, our cloud infrastructure is provisioned and engineering hours are legally allocated to your project. Therefore, no refunds will be issued if you change your mind, pivot your business model or decide not to proceed with the project after 24 hours.

3. Non-Delivery or Agency Refusal

We hold ourselves to the highest standards of delivery. In the rare event that SGEmplus Global LLP explicitly declines to execute the agreed-upon scope of work or utterly fails to deliver the promised software architecture due to our internal limitations, a full refund of your setup fee/project advance will be initiated back to your original payment method.

4. SaaS Monthly Subscriptions

For our deployed SaaS products (e.g. School ERP, HR Suite), monthly subscription payments are strictly non-refundable once billed. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no pro-rated refunds will be provided for the active billing cycle.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any payment disputes or chargebacks filed without prior communication with our billing team will be considered a breach of contract, resulting in immediate suspension of all associated digital assets and cloud access.
