Welcome to SGEmplus Global LLP. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our software development services, SaaS products and website.

By accessing this website and utilizing our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use SGEmplus Global's services if you do not accept all of the terms stated on this page.

1. Services and Project Delivery

SGEmplus Global provides custom web development, native mobile applications and Cloud ERP solutions. Project timelines, deliverables and architecture scopes will be mutually agreed upon in writing (via email or our Client Portal) before the commencement of any development work. Standard delivery times may vary based on the complexity of custom features.

2. SaaS Billing and Payments

  • Setup Fees: For our standard SaaS products (e.g. School/Madarsa/HR ERPs), a one-time setup fee is required to initiate the environment configuration.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly recurring billing will commence only after the successful handover of the software.
  • All payments are processed securely via our authorized payment partner, Razorpay. Failure to clear monthly dues may result in temporary suspension of cloud services.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated in a separate custom development contract, SGEmplus Global LLP retains the intellectual property rights for the core underlying code, frameworks and SaaS architectures. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for their specific business operations.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SGEmplus Global LLP, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our software. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of data loss, business interruption or security breaches beyond our cloud infrastructure controls.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
